In 1907 Emil Henriksson discovered disk mechanism cylinder.
In 1918 Ab Låsfabriken Lukkotehdas Oy was established.
In 1919 Ab Lukko Oy was established.
In 1923 Kone and Silta bought Ab Lukko Oy.
In 1936 Kone and Silta Oy became property of Wärtsila.
In 1968 plant in Joensuu started working.
In 1988 Primo Oy became ownership of Wärtsila.
In 1990 Abloy Oy started working.
In 1994 Abloy Oy joined ASSA ABLOY group.
In 1997 new door attractor plant in Joensuu started working.
